StarHub is offering customers affected by the 15 April 2020 Home Broadband service disruption a one-time 20% rebate on their Home Broadband monthly fee. Affected customers will just need to complete a simple form online at starhub.com/broadband-rebate by 26 April 2020. This rebate will be credited onto customers’ May 2020 bills directly.
