  • Passionate about dating culture, product design, and the psychology of attraction
  • Skilled in content creation and video editing (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Forms, Canva, Figma, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.
  • A great communicator with attention to detail and a curious mind—you ask why, not just how
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other SEA languages is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

  • Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, offline activations, and seasonal campaigns
  • Curate and localize campaign content for TanTan Dating App, in-app experiences, and social channels
  • Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Stories) for paid and organic distribution
  • Help craft in-app messages, push notifications, and feature explainers to drive product adoption
  • NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA

Product Research & User Insights

  • Assist in planning and conducting user surveys and interviews to uncover behavioral patterns and feature feedback
  • Help gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to support feature iterations
  • Conduct product testing and report UX observations or bugs across iOS and Android versions

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Perform competitor analysis across dating, social discovery, and lifestyle apps
  • Monitor industry trends, product positioning, and user sentiment in key markets (US, SG, TH, AU, etc.)
  • Contribute to internal knowledge decks and support cross-team strategy alignment

Event Management

  • Plan and execute events management from 0 to 1.
  • Ensure the events are conducted properly from the pre-stage to the post-event mortem.
