After 13 wonderful years at Plaza Singapura, Tim Ho Wan will be saying goodbye to the location where its Singapore journey first began.
Opened in 2013 as the brand’s inaugural outlet in Singapore, the Plaza Singapura restaurant has welcomed generations of diners, hosted countless family gatherings, and served up millions of baskets of its beloved Hong Kong-style dim sum. As part of the mall’s redevelopment plans, the outlet will officially close on 12 July 2026.
To mark the occasion and thank customers for their unwavering support over the years, Tim Ho Wan is hosting a special Nostalgic Appreciation Dinner on its final day — featuring free-flow selected dim sum & beverages for S$68 per person.
Held from 7pm to 9.30pm, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of selected dim sum favourites and free-flow beverages throughout the evening. The celebration will also feature a live nostalgic music performance, bringing diners on a trip down memory lane as they relive the memories made at the restaurant over the past 13 years.
Each guest will also receive an exclusive goodie bag and a S$30 Tim Ho Wan voucher as a token of appreciation.
More than just a buffet, the event is a farewell celebration for the outlet that started it all — a chance for longtime fans, families and food lovers to gather one last time and celebrate the memories created at Plaza Singapura.

Earlier in the day, the Plaza Singapura outlet will operate until 5pm before reopening for the special appreciation dinner. Seats for the event are limited, and guests are encouraged to secure their spots early via the QR code provided by Tim Ho Wan.
As one chapter closes, Tim Ho Wan will continue serving its signature dim sum at its other outlets across Singapore. For fans of the brand, this may be the perfect opportunity to enjoy one final meal at the outlet where it all began.
