Usually only found in Japan’s Shizuoka prefecture, the special edition Kit Kat chocolate wafers have now made their way to selected Cold Storage outlets in Singapore. Made with the historical and loved wasabi of Tamaruya Honten, the flavor is a mix of mild horseradish and white chocolate
Each box contains 12 mini bars that are individually wrapped and costs $12.95.
The first flavour that hits you is the sweetness of the white chocolate and subsequently what follow is a slight hint of wasabi flavour that is not too overpowering – well, at least not to the extent of causing a nasal burning sensation. Update: Your throat will start to feel the tingling sensation after 3 to 4 bars.
