Job Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Draft and edit captions, copywriting, and other written content for digital channels.
- Support with content production and marketing materials, including behind-the-scenes coverage, basic photo/video editing, and repurposing content for different platforms.
- Contribute ideas for content strategy, campaign concepts, and audience engagement.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across internal and external communications.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

#2: MTAS – Social Media & Video Production Intern

- Organised enough to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Content ideation – brainstorm creative ideas for videos, reels, shorts, and posts.
- Videography – shoot training sessions, events, and lifestyle content (basic to intermediate videography experience preferred).
- Editing – cut, refine, and deliver engaging content optimised for each platform.
- Graphic design – create simple visuals (thumbnails, overlays, social posts).
- Account management support – help plan content calendars and manage posting schedules for MTAS and selected client accounts.

- Support live streaming
- Conduct basic video and photo editing (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
