For the first time ever, travellers can look forward to travelling with Singapore Airlines at a fixed attractive fare.
Singapore Airlines announced the launch of the new Flight Pass in partnership with OptionTown that lets you fly more and pay less.
The smart pass allows you to pre-purchase flights for multiple destinations at a pre-set low fare. Whenever you’re ready, you can book a flight at no additional cost*. The more flights you buy, the cheaper it gets. Think of it as getting a prepaid card that comes with credits that you can utilize anytime.
*Subject to Flight Pass conditions selected at time of purchase. Additional requests such as seat selection and additional baggage allowance may be chargeable.
You can share the Flight Pass with friends, family or colleagues so you do not need to worry about not being able to fully utilize the pass. There are also no hidden restrictions and no hidden fees according to Singapore Airlines.
Currently, Singapore Airlines is offering Flight Pass to the following destinations:
Seoul
Amsterdam
Barcelona
Milan
Paris
Rome
London
For example, if you are getting a Flight Pass to Seoul, you will need to pay a total price of S$2,328 which provides you with 8 flights or credits to/from Seoul over a period of 12 months. It comes up to S$291 per flight or $582 for a return flight. For that price, it is definitely cheaper to get a Flight Pass since it’d have cost you around $6xx – $7xx for a return flight with Singapore Airlines.
A standard return trip to Seoul costs S$725.50
For Paris, we are looking at S$423 per flight or S$846 for a return trip. It usually costs S$9xx – $1xxx with Singapore Airlines.

What features of Flight Pass can I customise?

Travel zone – One or more destinations you want to fly to.
Number of passengers – Number of people who can share the Flight Pass.
Number of flights – A round-trip booking for one passenger requires 2 flight credits.
Travel period – The eligible period for flight departure.
Advance booking – How early in advance a flight must be booked before travel.
Fare type – Each fare type offers a different range of advance booking selection and Flight Pass conditions for flight changes and cancellations, frequent flyer miles, etc.
Are there any hidden restrictions or fees?
No. Flight Pass has no hidden restrictions and no hidden fees. Book any flight subject to seat availability, your selected Flight Pass conditions. Even if the market fare of a flight increases, you do not have to pay additional surcharges. Your Flight Pass is governed by the conditions you select at the time of your purchase.
Who say you need to travel abroad for a beach vacay?
You can now travel direct from Sentosa to Lazarus Island with the new direct ferry services that is now operating at Sentosa Cove Village. Previously visitors to the Southern Islands has to take the ferry services from Marina South Pier or charter a private yacht to get to the island.
Starting 23 October, the new route will take you from Sentosa Cove Jetty to Seringat Jetty located at Lazarus Island via a 15 minute boat ride. Once you are at the island, you can look forward to enjoy a clean, white and sandy beach at the C-shaped lagoon. From there, you can also explore St. John’s Island by crossing the link bridge by foot which will take you roughly 10 minutes.

Ferry Schedule:
According to Marina South Ferries, pets, prams and bicycles are allowed onboard the ferry at no extra cost. They will be stowed in the outdoor deck area.
