7-Eleven S’pore launches limited-edition Disney-themed Ramen Bowls and more from 20 Oct 22

Disney fans, heads up.

7-Eleven Singapore announced that they will be collaborating with Disney to launch exclusive Disney’s characters Ramen Bowls and merchandise.

As part of their Shop and Earn Stamps programme, customers can collect all 7 designs of the ramen bowls featuring Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Daisy Duck, Winnie the Pooh, Chip ‘N Dale, Toy Story and Marvel favourites – Spider-man and Avengers. The ramen bowls are made of ceramic and comes with a food grade plastic lid and themed slender chopsticks. They are microwave-safe and can store up to 620ml, withstanding temperature from 0–100°C.

To redeem, simply collect stamps when you shop at 7-Eleven.

Earn a stamp with every $5 spent;
Collect eight stamps, and top up $9.90 in cash to redeem a blind box containing a random ramen bowl with 7-Eleven’s Shop and Earn stamps programme.

OPENING ON 14 JUNE, 2022

According to the media release of the Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia, the first collection will be released on 14 June, 2022. This collection will feature more than a thousand items across different Disney franchises featuring collectibles, home and living products, stationery, gifts, baby items, toys, adult fashion and accessories, and more.

You will be able to shop merchandise and other products from the actual Disney Park Shops overseas. New arrivals will come each week.

This first collection includes limited edition collaborations and global collections. Limited edition collaborations will see the likes of Disney x COACH leather goods and handbags, Asia Pacific-exclusive ranges, and other fan-favorites such as Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh. Disney fans can look forward to a collection of glasswares featuring their favourite Disney characters at 7-Eleven.

The return of 7-Eleven’s Shop and Earn stamps programme will see eight limited-edition Disney Glass Containers made available for redemption. Made of high-quality food-grade glass and comes with a natural bamboo lid, each container can store up to 380ml.

Starting from 27 October, shoppers can start to collect the stamps and redeem for the Disney-themed glassware.

Earn 1 Stamp for every $5 spent

5 stamps + $8.90 cash = 1 randomly packed container
22 stamps = 1 randomly packed container

Disney+ streaming service now available

The much-anticipated streaming service by The Walt Disney Company is now launched in Singapore and it is ready for sign up from today, February, 23.

Disney+ is the latest on demand video streaming service to be available to viewers in Singapore. It will feature over 650 films and 15,000 episodes of content from 6 Disney content brands – Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star. It offers thousands of hours of entertainment for all ages, all in one place.

The launch is announced in a Facebook post today:

Subscribers can stream videos 24/7 from their favourite titles such as The Mandalorian, WandaVision, Avengers: Endgame, Lady and the Tramp, Frozen II, Raya and the Last Dragon and many more.

Catch The Mandalorian, the new Star Wars series that stars Pedro Pascal as the title character.

Grey’s Anatomy, How I Met Your Mother, Prison Break are among a number of shows that will be available on Disney+.

Disney+ will be available to stream on most devices such as mobile devices, desktop browsers, game consoles, set-top boxes, and smart TVs.
