After 13 wonderful years at Plaza Singapura, Tim Ho Wan will be saying goodbye to the location where its Singapore journey first began.

Opened in 2013 as the brand’s inaugural outlet in Singapore, the Plaza Singapura restaurant has welcomed generations of diners, hosted countless family gatherings, and served up millions of baskets of its beloved Hong Kong-style dim sum. As part of the mall’s redevelopment plans, the outlet will officially close on 12 July 2026.

To mark the occasion and thank customers for their unwavering support over the years, Tim Ho Wan is hosting a special Nostalgic Appreciation Dinner on its final day — featuring free-flow selected dim sum & beverages for S$68 per person.

Held from 7pm to 9.30pm, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of selected dim sum favourites and free-flow beverages throughout the evening. The celebration will also feature a live nostalgic music performance, bringing diners on a trip down memory lane as they relive the memories made at the restaurant over the past 13 years.

Each guest will also receive an exclusive goodie bag and a S$30 Tim Ho Wan voucher as a token of appreciation.

More than just a buffet, the event is a farewell celebration for the outlet that started it all — a chance for longtime fans, families and food lovers to gather one last time and celebrate the memories created at Plaza Singapura.

FairPrice Group Extends Return Voucher Promotion Till 21 June 2026

Good news for shoppers looking to stretch their grocery budgets further. FairPrice Group (FPG) has announced that it will extend the distribution of its popular Return Vouchers by another week, giving customers more time to enjoy additional savings on their everyday essentials.

Under the extended promotion, customers who spend $60 worth of CDC Supermarket Vouchers and/or SG60 Supermarket Vouchers in a single receipt at participating FairPrice supermarkets will receive a $6 FairPrice Return Voucher. Originally scheduled to end earlier, the distribution period has now been extended until 21 June 2026.

 

The Return Vouchers can be used at all FairPrice supermarkets from the day after they are issued and remain valid until 31 July 2026. Better still, there is no minimum spend required when redeeming the vouchers, allowing shoppers to enjoy instant savings on future grocery trips.

This marks FairPrice Group’s third wave of Return Vouchers in 2026 as part of its ongoing efforts to help Singaporeans cope with rising living costs. By enhancing the value of government support schemes such as the CDC Vouchers and SG60 Vouchers, FairPrice aims to provide greater relief for households while helping families maximise their grocery spending.

The initiative is one of several measures introduced by FairPrice Group this year to keep daily essentials affordable and accessible for all Singaporeans amid inflationary pressures.

Shoppers who have yet to utilise their CDC Supermarket Vouchers or SG60 Supermarket Vouchers may wish to take advantage of this extended promotion before it ends on 21 June 2026.
