Durian season is about to get a lot more exciting for bargain hunters and hardcore durian fans alike.
FairPrice Group is bringing back its annual $1.95 Durian Flash Sale for 2026, with kampung durians going for just $1.95 each across three separate weekends at selected FairPrice locations islandwide.
The yearly promotion has become something of a seasonal tradition for shoppers looking to enjoy fresh durians without paying premium prices — and this year, FairPrice is extending the sale across multiple weekends to give more people a chance to join in.
Each kampung durian will weigh approximately 600g to 800g, making the deal especially attractive considering current durian prices during peak season. Quantities, however, will be limited daily and are expected to move quickly once the sale begins each morning.
Durian Flash Sale Dates & Locations
Here’s where shoppers can catch the $1.95 durian sale:
- 22 – 24 May 2026: FairPrice Bedok North Blk 212
- 29 – 31 May 2026: FairPrice Kang Kar Mall
- 5 – 7 June 2026: FairPrice Elias Mall Atrium (new location)
The promotion starts daily from 9am on a first-come, first-served basis, so early queues are likely expected — especially over the weekends.

There are a few conditions shoppers should take note of before heading down:

For those looking beyond kampung durians, FairPrice also shared that premium varieties such as Musang Wang, King of Kings, and Red Prawn will be available at regular prices during the event.
With durian season now kicking into full swing, this is likely one of the more wallet-friendly ways to satisfy those durian cravings without spending a small fortune. Arriving early would probably be the safest bet if you are planning to score the $1.95 deal before stocks run out.
