• Tickets are valid till 28 Feb 2018, unless otherwise stated by Wild Wild Wet. Extension to the expiry date is strictly not allowed.
• Each ticket is valid to admit only ONE (1) (Adult/Child) person to Wild Wild Wet.
• Purchase is limited to TWO (2) admission tickets to Wild Wild Wet per SAFRA member (not applicable for NSFs with free membership).
• Available for purchase via Treats & Deals only during stipulated sale period, while stocks last.
• Tickets purchased are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Tickets may not be transferred or re-sold without the permission of Wild Wild Wet.
• Ticket promotions are subsidized by SAFRA.
• In event of presentation of multiple copies of the same receipt, only the first receipt will be recognised.
• SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants.
• SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
• Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, expired and/or voided.
• The management of Wild Wild Wet reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the ticket without prior notice.
• SAFRA and Wild Wild Wet will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this ticket ie. no claims will be entertained for any ticket lost, torn, defaced or damaged.
• SAFRA will not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction, dealing or activities between Wild Wild Wet and the ticket holder.
