Support the development of detailed qualitative research instruments

  • Building on the internal database of questions, themes, and with reference to the hypotheses of the study, draft a detailed, turn-by-turn interview guide for various personas (Stroke Survivors, Social Workers, and relevant experts)
  • Draft an interview guide for a focused group discussion comprising working-age Breast Cancer Survivors of different life stages to strengthen the case for one of the study’s identified hypotheses.
  • Draft Expert Interview Guides for key stakeholders such as employment lawyers, oncologists, social workers, as well as train-and-place agencies.

Support the Research operations

  • Onboarding: Support the communications and meeting documentation with prospective partnering organizations who are providing data sources and leads for the project.
  • Screening: Assisting in reviewing identified leads from our partners by running through our in-house screening questions and drafting a detailed profile of the interviewee to brief knowledge partners who are running the interviews.
  • Participate and document key points from the post-interview review and revision of recruitment strategies based on the data points that are needed for the project.
