Buy 1, Get 1 Free Promotion Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) apply to the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotion being run on the Trip.com app (as defined below).

1. Promoter: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on Jan 5, 2024, at 10:00;00 (Singapore time) and ends on Jan 15, 2024, at 23:59:59 (Singapore time).
3. Eligible Members: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered Trip.com member with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Singapore version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as “Trip.com App”).
5. Travel Period: Flights between Jan 5, 2024, and Jun 30, 2024.
6. Eligible Flight Tickets: The Promotion is applicable to round-trip economy class flight tickets operated, marketed, and validated by Cathay Pacific with the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free – Cathay Pacific Flash Sale” tag. These tickets (round-trip) must all be for flights that take place within the Travel Period.
7. Promotion: If you are an Eligible Member and you have booked two sets of Eligible Flight Tickets departing from Singapore to Hong Kong on Jan 5, 2024, you are entitled to a 50% discount. It is important to note that to be eligible for the Promotion, the two sets of Eligible Flight Tickets must be purchased at the same time and have the same departure and arrival times. The 50% discount applies to the base fare only. There must be a period of 2–7 days between the departure and return flights.
8. Limited Redemption: The number of Eligible Flight Tickets is limited, and tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. The maximum number of times an Eligible Member can redeem Eligible Flight Tickets is once per Trip.com account during the Promotion Period.
10. Prices are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change from time to time according to availability. Please refresh the page to see the latest availability, price, and policies.
11. All tickets are non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable.
12. The two Eligible Flight Tickets booked as part of the Promotion must be used together. If you need to change the tickets, they need to be changed at the same time. The Eligible Member must then pay the fare difference and any other miscellaneous charges (the change fee is HK$1,200 per passenger). 13. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
14. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions.

3. Promotion platforms: Trip.com app (versions 7.47.2 or higher), desktop, and mobile websites.
4. Only Trip.com members are eligible to participate in this promotion.

6. Hotel cancellation policies may vary by room type. Please check the cancellation policy of your selected room type before booking.

All information, including personal information (“Information”) submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in, and treated in accordance with, these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-sg.html (“Privacy Policy”).
13. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”) at any time without prior notice. Trip.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Promotion without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Trip.com’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Promotion.
14. If a user is suspected of fraud, illegal activity, making automated bookings, or engaging in any violation of the rules of this promotion, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any rewards or benefits awarded and take legal measures.
15. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
16. Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with, this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
