Singtel: CNY Exclusives – Free Unlimited Local Mobile Data & Preview of Singtel TV Channels (5 – 14 Feb 2016)

1. Postpaid subscribers enjoy free unlimited local data on 7 and 8 February 2016. This means that local data usage during this period will not be deducted from your data plan.

To activate: For those on a data-bundled plan, simply restart your device by switching off and on after 00:01hrs on Feb 7. Those who are not, can use the APNs mentioned in the T&Cs below.

2. Singtel TV customers with Singtel TV set-top box enjoy free preview of over 150 channels from 5 – 14 Feb 2016. There are a wide variety of programmes to catch up to and this includes Chinese New Year blockbusters such as From Vegas to Macau II, King of Mahjong, Kung Fu Jungle, Ah Boy To Men 3: Frogmen and more. For those who prefer catching up on the latest Korean dramas or action Hong Kong movies, you are definitely in for a treat!

Free Unlimited Local Data for Postpaid subcribers: This benefit is offered to all Singtel Mobile Postpaid customers, including Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) and corporate mobile customers, all of whom must use the APNs listed below (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers can enjoy free unlimited local data on 7 Feb to 8 Feb 2016. This benefit starts from 00:01hrs on 7 Feb 2016 and ends at 23:59hrs (Singapore Time) on 8 Feb 2016 (“Benefit Period”). If your mobile price plan comes with a local data bundle, this means that your data usage during the Benefit Period will not be deducted from your bundle. If you are not on a data-bundled plan, you will still get to enjoy this benefit during the Benefit Period by using the APNs mentioned below. For Postpaid mobile customers, you will need to access local mobile data (2G/3G/4G) through e-ideas/ Internet/ BlackBerry APNs. These are the default APNs on your device if you have not changed your settings. To ensure that the APN you are using to access cellular data is eligible for this benefit, please click your APN. Please switch off and on (restart) your device after 00:01hrs on 7 Feb 2016, in order to restart a new local data usage session to enjoy this benefit. This will ensure that your phone is not running any continuous background data session.
