LABUBU fans, here’s something for the wish list. POP MART is launching THE MONSTERS Shake A Drink Gaming Handheld, a pocket-sized electronic toy that brings café games, collectible characters and a camera into one little device. Think retro handheld nostalgia with a MONSTERS twist.

Your own little MONSTERS café

There’s a tiny café to run, and LABUBU is on the team.

The game centres on PIPPO’s forest drink shop, with LABUBU and other MONSTERS helping out. Players can gather ingredients, learn drink recipes, sell their creations for in-game coins and unlock more characters.

There’s plenty to personalise too, from dressing up your café buddy to decorating the shop. Even the staff have moods, so a little interaction helps cheer up a tired team member between orders.

A camera and games with friends, too

The built-in camera lets owners take photos and add stickers, while photos and screenshots can be exported using a USB Type-C cable.

Got a friend with another device? Bring the handhelds together to play Card Match or Rock Paper Scissors, with rewards adding another reason to connect. Café management, photo-taking and a quick challenge with friends — that’s quite a bit packed into a small collectible.

Getting Tamagotchi vibes?

The little screen and character interactions certainly bring back that nostalgic feeling. Based on its described gameplay, though, the main attraction here is running a café, collecting items and playing mini-games, rather than a traditional pet-raising experience.

There’s A Secret MOKOKO Edition, Too! 👀

And here’s the surprise for collectors: a pink MOKOKO-inspired secret edition! The line-up features the yellow-and-brown NUT regular design alongside PEACH (Secret Edition), which gives the handheld a completely different look.

With its pink casing, pastel blue buttons and signature pointy ears, the PEACH version brings an extra dose of sweetness to the retro gadget. POP MART’s promotional images show both colourways clipped onto bags — making this little gaming device quite the statement accessory, too.

The catch? It’s a secret pull, so getting the pink version isn’t guaranteed. That adds a familiar blind-box surprise to this playful release.

POP MART to launch Labubu x Sanrio Plush Collection

POP MART fans may want to brace themselves — because a major Labubu collaboration with Sanrio characters appears to be on the way.

After POP MART recently teased a Cinnamoroll-inspired Labubu plush on its official social media pages, a circulating video online has seemingly revealed the full lineup from the upcoming collaboration. The clip, which has been widely shared on Instagram and other social platforms, shows multiple Labubu plush dolls dressed as some of Sanrio’s most beloved characters.

If the video is accurate, collectors could be looking at six adorable designs in the collection:

Hello Kitty Labubu
Labubu appears in a white Hello Kitty hood complete with the iconic bow, paired with a soft pink polka-dot outfit that mirrors Hello Kitty’s classic sweet aesthetic.
Pochacco Labubu
This version features Labubu wearing a Pochacco hoodie with floppy black ears and a sporty pink top — giving the plush a playful, casual look.
Pompompurin Labubu
One of the most recognisable Sanrio characters, Pompompurin’s version comes with the signature beret-style hood and a cosy pastel outfit inspired by the golden retriever character.
Cinnamoroll Labubu
The design POP MART has already teased officially. Labubu wears a fluffy Cinnamoroll hood with long ears and a stylish denim outfit, creating a charming mix of cute and cool.
My Melody Labubu
Dressed in a soft pink hood and matching dress, this version captures My Melody’s gentle and sweet personality perfectly.
Kuromi Labubu
For fans who prefer something slightly edgy, the Kuromi version features Labubu in Kuromi’s signature black hood with a purple outfit, bringing a mischievous twist to the collection.

While POP MART has only officially shown the Cinnamoroll crossover so far, the leaked video strongly suggest that the brand may be planning a full Sanrio series featuring multiple characters.

Considering the popularity of both Labubu from The Monsters and Sanrio’s global fanbase, this collaboration could easily become one of POP MART’s most sought-after releases of the year. Labubu collectibles are already known for selling out quickly — and adding Sanrio into the mix will likely make demand even stronger.

For now, POP MART has only teased the collection with the words “Coming Soon.” No official release date or pricing has been announced yet.

But if the internet reaction is anything to go by, collectors might want to prepare their wallets — and their display shelves — very soon.

Labubu Takes Over VivoCity with a Mini Market Pop-Up Till Oct 19

Calling all Labubu fans! You only have 16 days left to experience the Labubu Mini Market Pop-Up Store at VivoCity’s East Court. Until October 19, Pop Mart is inviting you into a world where groceries are playful props, plush pendants grin from the shelves, and even a shopping basket is big enough to climb into. It is a whimsical showcase of Pop Mart’s “The Monsters Wacky Mart Series,” which first launched in June, and it has been drawing both collectors and first timers eager to see what the fuss is about.

Labubu, the cheeky character with mischievous eyes and a cult following, is once again stealing the spotlight. The Mini Market presents him in the middle of a quirky convenience store where food turns into art and everyday products feel like treasures. Picture a giant shopping basket called Basket of Mischief or a retro style food truck known as Quick Bites.

Inside the mart, there are storage bag blind boxes, sandwich shaped mini bags, seafood ball plush pendants and more. The fun is in the surprise as much as the purchase.
