Catch the latest and biggest Japanese ramen trend that is taking Japan by storm – Iekei Ramen! Originating in Yokohama, Japan, the Iekei Ramen offers a new and exciting bowl of noodles with three different ways of enjoyment!
Pronounced as “E…A…K…”, the Iekei style combines both tonkotsu and shoyu, so the broth is both thick and surprisingly nuanced with a complexity of flavours. Different from the usual ramen, Iekei Ramen is served with a bowl of rice to let diners enjoy the rice with the accompanying seaweed and rich broth. Each bowl is topped with tender chashu (3pcs), ajitama, spinach and seaweed (4pcs). Iekei Ramen is priced at $15.80 (R), and $17.80 (L).
