Saturday meals and heartland shopping are about to get a little cheaper.
DBS/POSB is bringing back its popular PayLah! cashback campaign for a fourth year, offering 100% cashback capped at S$3 every Saturday from 29 August to 19 December 2026.
The promotion covers participating hawker stalls, coffee shops, wet markets and heartland shops islandwide — handy for anyone picking up breakfast, lunch or everyday essentials over the weekend.
First 160,000 users every Saturday
A total of 2.7 million cashback rewards will be released across 17 Saturdays, approximately 40% more than last year.
Every Saturday, the first 160,000 eligible PayLah! users can receive 100% cashback on their purchase, capped at S$3.
This means:
- Spend S$2 and receive S$2 cashback
- Spend S$3 and receive S$3 cashback
- Spend more than S$3 and receive the maximum S$3 cashback
Each user is limited to one cashback redemption per Saturday, so make the first eligible purchase count. Cashback availability begins at 6am and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cashback will be credited directly to the user’s PayLah! account on the same day.
How to claim the S$3 PayLah! cashback
At participating heartland shops, wet markets and coffee shops, look out for the POSB campaign wobbler at merchants accepting NETS QR or PayNow UEN QR payments.
For hawker stalls, check for an SGQR code displaying the PayLah! logo or a PayLah! sticker.
Simply scan the participating merchant’s QR code and complete the payment using DBS PayLah!. If the transaction qualifies, 100% cashback capped at S$3 will be credited to the PayLah! account.
Customers can check the transaction history in the app to confirm that the cashback has arrived.
Check availability before paying
As only 160,000 rewards are available each Saturday, the cashback may be fully redeemed later in the day.
Users can check the banner at the top of the PayLah! homepage before making payment. Once all the day’s rewards have been claimed, the banner will display “FULLY REDEEMED”.
Not every merchant accepting PayLah! or SGQR is included. Shops located inside commercially owned malls and several business categories are excluded, so customers should check the participating merchant list before spending.
The DBS PayLah! Saturday Savings page contains the latest merchant list, availability details and full campaign terms.
More Saturday savings on eggs and rice
The PayLah! cashback is part of the wider DBS Saturday Savings programme, which began in July with S$3 off selected eggs and S$3 off selected rice every Saturday at Sheng Siong and Giant supermarkets islandwide.
That separate offer is available to customers paying with eligible DBS/POSB credit or debit cards. According to DBS, more than 440,000 egg and rice offers have already been redeemed, generating over S$1.3 million in collective savings.
The returning PayLah! campaign also gives neighbourhood businesses a boost. Participating hawkers, wet-market stallholders and heartland merchants recorded a 50% increase in Saturday PayLah! earnings during last year’s campaign.
With more weekly redemptions available this time, PayLah! users have 17 Saturdays to shave up to S$3 off a hawker meal, market purchase or heartland shopping bill.
