You can also choose to get two sets of Golden Poached Rice or two sets of YUN NANS Cross Bridge Noodles. The offer is for walk-in takeaway only and not applicable with other discounts.
These are two signature YUN NANS dishes are well loved by diners. The Golden Poached Rice with Seafood in Prawn Broth (S$18.80), showcases rice cooked with fresh seafood such as clams and prawns in YUN NANS’ signature prawn broth. The dish is then topped with crispy rice pops.
The YUN NANS Cross Bridge Noodles (S$15.90) is a traditional Yunnan dish and uses a pork-based broth that has been boiled for over 5 hours and is rich in flavour and collagen. Other ingredients include shredded carrots, chives, spring onions, sliced fish, chicken, pork and Chinese ham. You can choose to have the raw ingredients packed separately of to have them already cooked. The signature rice noodles are made purely with rice and water, with the recipe calling for a laborious 14-step process.
Rest assured that the premises at Westgate has been thoroughly disinfected and All YUN NANS staff have been vaccinated and have tested negative for COVID-19 before their return to work.
