1. This Lucky Draw is open to customers who have topped up at least $10 to their Singtel Prepaid hi!Card during the qualify period held from 1 to 31 July 2019 via the eligible Singtel Self-service channels:

• Self-serve Kiosk

2. Winners will be drawn on 13 August 2019 and will be notified via phone or SMS.
3. Winners who are not contactable within 2 consecutive working days shall be disqualified.
4. There shall be total thirty one (31) winners (one for each day of the month)
5. Each winner will receive OPPO Reno (Ocean Green colour) handset worth $849.00. No exchange of colours will be entertained.
6. Winners shall collect their Prize within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by Singtel. Winners shall also comply with any instructions specified by Singtel.
7. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes.
8. Singtel reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Singtel is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
