1. The above fares are on Economy Class, on per person basis and includes all applicable taxes/surcharges. Taxes and surcharges are correct as of 1 Nov 2019 but are subject to change due to currency fluctuation. The taxes are final at the point of ticketing.
2. Sales period: 5 – 18 Dec 2019
3. Travel period:
   • 5 Dec 2019 – 30 Apr 2020 (Economy O class to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Paris and London)
   • 5 Dec 2019 – 30 Jun 2020 (all other destinations)
4. Blackout dates:
   • Japan: 6 – 22 Dec 2019, 24 – 28 Jan 2020, 12 – 16 Mar, 1 – 12 Apr, 29 May – 21 Jun 2020
   • Hong Kong: 28 Jan – 3 Feb, 12 – 16 Mar, 8 – 10 Apr, 29 May – 21 Jun 2020
   • London: 6 Dec 2019 – 18 Jan 2020, 26 Mar – 10 Apr, 14 – 30 Jun 2020
   • All other destinations: 6 – 22 Dec 2019, 16 – 23 Jan 2020, 27 – 29 Jan, 12 – 16 Mar, 8 – 10 Apr, 29 May – 21 Jun 2020

6. Flight restrictions:
   • Hong Kong: Valid on CX650 / CX714 / CX692 / CX690 / CX658 / CX710 / CX652 / CX715
7. Stopover (Please call CX Global Contact Centre to make a flight booking):
   • One Hong Kong stopover is allowed throughout the journey with applicable Hong Kong taxes. One Bangkok stopover allowed with SGD150 surcharge and applicable taxes. Stopover is not permitted with Economy O class tickets.
   • Flights to Bangkok: Point-to-point itinerary only
8. Open-jaw: Open-jaw routings within the same region is permitted. Please call CX Global Contact Centre before making a booking.
9. Rebooking fee:
   • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainland China (Economy O class): Fee of SGD150 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
   • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainland China (Economy Q/N class): Fee of SGD100 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
   • Europe/Middle East/USA/Canada (Economy O class): Fee of SGD400 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
   • Europe/Middle East/USA/Canada (Economy Q/N class): Fee of SGD250 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
10. No-show fee:
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainland China (Economy O class): SGD450 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainland China (Economy Q/N class): SGD400 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
    • Europe/Middle East/USA/Canada (Economy O class): SGD500 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
    • Europe/Middle East/USA/Canada (Economy Q/N class): SGD450 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
11. FFP mileage:
    • Eligible for mileage except for Economy O class
12. Refund:
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainland China (Economy O class): Refundable subject to SGD350 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets.
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainland China (Economy Q/N class): Refundable subject to SGD300 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets.
    • Europe/Middle East/USA/Canada (Economy O class): Refundable subject to SGD500 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets.
    • Europe/Middle East/USA/Canada (Economy Q/N class): Refundable subject to SGD350 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets.
13. Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
14. Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
15. Offers are subject to reservation system seat/booking availability of Cathay Pacific Airways.
16. Advance seat reservation (preblocking of seat) is not available. You may select your seats during online check-in 48 hrs prior each respective flight departure.
17. Tickets are non-transferable and name change is totally not permitted.
18. Other fees and surcharges applies e.g. name amendment, etc.
19. Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilised, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
