Bibimbap (비빔밥) translates to ‘mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables’
Long John Silver’s rendition features classic battered chicken/dory with shrimps with rice, kimchi, shredded roasted seaweed and topped with a wobbly onsen egg.
Mix well with gochujang and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
