Terms & Conditions

1. The above fares are on Economy Class, on per person basis and includes all applicable taxes/surcharges. Taxes and surcharges are correct as of 1 Sep 2018 but are subjected to change due to currency fluctuation. The taxes are final at the point of ticketing. Tickets must be paid using Singapore-issued Citi Cards. Cardholders need not be the traveller.
2. Sales period: 15 – 28 Jan 2019
3. Travel period: To depart Singapore on the following dates
   • O class: 18 Jan – 31 Jan 2019, 09 Feb – 13 March 2019, 23 March – 24 May 2019, 30 Jun 2019
   • Q/N class: 18 Jan – 30 Jun 2019
4. Advance purchase: 14 days advance purchase condition applies before departing Singapore to Europe/USA and 3 days advance purchase to all other destinations
5. High season: high season fares apply for travel departing Singapore between the following dates
   • Q/N class: 01 – 08 Feb 2019, 25 May – 29 Jun 2019
6. Weekend surcharge: SGD30 per person applies for travel departing Singapore on Fridays and Saturdays to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taiwan China, Korea, Japan and Mainland China.
7. Flight restriction:
   • Bangkok: valid on CX712/713/619/717
   • Hong Kong: not valid on CX716
8. Stopover (Please call CX Global Contact Centre at 6723 1378 to make a flight booking):
   • O booking class: Not applicable. Point to point itinerary only.
   • Other booking class: One Hong Kong stopover is allowed throughout the journey with applicable Hong Kong taxes. One Bangkok stopover allowed on the outbound sector with SGD150 surcharge and applicable taxes.
   • For Bangkok: no stopover, point-to-point itinerary only
9. Open-jaw: Open-jaw routings within the same region is permitted. Please call CX Global Contact Centre at 6723 1378 before making a booking.
10. Rebooking fee:
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainlan China (O class): Fee of SGD150 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainlan China (Q/N class): Fee of SGD100 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
    • Europe/USA (O class): Fee of SGD400 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
    • Europe/USA (Q/N class): Fee of SGD250 per passenger applies for any flight or date change within ticket validity. Flight restrictions/advance purchase must be observed.
11. No-show fee:
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainlan China (O class): SGD450 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainlan China (Q/N class): SGD400 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
    • Europe/USA (O class): SGD500 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
    • Europe/USA (Q/N class): SGD450 per passenger applies, for passengers who fail to turn up for the flights they are booked on.
12. FFP mileage:
    • O class: Not eligible for mileage.
    • Q/N class: Eligible for mileage.
13. Refund:
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainlan China (O class): Refundable subject to SGD350 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets. Non-refundable for partially unutilised tickets.
    • Hong Kong/Bangkok/Taiwan China/Korea/Japan/Mainlan China (Q/N class): Refundable subject to SGD300 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets. Non-refundable for partially unutilised tickets.
    • Europe/USA (O class): Refundable subject to SGD500 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets. Non-refundable for partially unutilised tickets.
    • Europe/USA (Q/N class): Refundable subject to SGD350 refund admin fee for fully unutilised tickets. Non-refundable for partially unutilised tickets.
14. Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
15. Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
16. Offers are subject to reservation system seat/booking availability of Cathay Pacific Airways.
17. Advance seat reservation (preblocking of seat) is not available. You may select your seats during online check-in 48 hrs prior each respective flight departure.
18. Tickets are non-transferable and name change is totally not permitted.
19. Other fees and surcharges applies e.g. name amendment, etc.
20. Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilised, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
