MyRepublic has announced its intention to become Singapore’s 4th Telco early this year. Besides offering one of the most value-for-money 1Gbps broadband plan in Singapore, they are looking at launching unlimited mobile data plans, and big data bundles without the hefty price tag should their bid become successful.
Subscribers can look forward to the following mobile perks:
- Big Data Bundles of 10GB and more
- Unlimited Mobile Data
- Third Party Apps such as Whatsapp and Skype at no extra cost

To start the ball rolling, they are looking for participants to take part in the Mobility Trial which take place in a specific area in Jurong East. During the trial, customers can make calls and go online using their mobile data network for free.
They are also giving away a free Xiaomi Mi 4i smartphone to trial users, where they are required to perform simple tasks such as making phone calls of 5 minutes or more, uploading photos to Facebook and participate in guided tour of the trial area on the day of phone collection.

All MyRepublic broadband subscribers who have an active or ordered subscription by 30 September will receive 12 months free subscription to an unlimited data mobile plan should they become Singapore’s 4th telco.
