Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

1. This Promotion is open to all members of the Smiles Driver Rewards Programme (“Smiles”) including taxi drivers, except Esso Fleetcard holders.

Promotion Period:

2. The Promotion period shall be from 24 August 2017 to 18 October 2017 (both dates inclusive).

Mechanics:

3. A minimum gross spend of $40 on Synergy fuels in a single receipt with a valid Smiles card or a Smiles-linked credit card / Speedpass at any Esso service station in Singapore during the Promotion period will entitle the Smiles member to redeem up to two $10 FairPrice gift vouchers. While stocks last.
   Smiles members who purchase:
   • Synergy Supreme⁺ may redeem each voucher with 220 Smiles Points.
   • Synergy Regular/Extra/Diesel may redeem each voucher with 240 Smiles Points.
4. *Savings refer to the lower number of Smiles Points required for one $10 FairPrice gift voucher (220 or 240 Smiles Points with purchase of Synergy Supreme⁺ or Synergy Regular/Extra/Diesel respectively) as compared to the 300 Smiles Points required for the equivalent value ($10) of Synergy fuels.
5. *”Twice” in this promotion, refers to the option Smiles members have to redeem up to two FairPrice vouchers per transaction.
6. Each receipt may only be used for one redemption. Only original receipts will be accepted.
7. To redeem for the $10 FairPrice gift voucher, a valid Smiles card, or a valid Smiles-linked credit card / Speedpass must be swiped/tapped during the redemption.
8. This Promotion is only applicable to the purchase of Synergy fuels, i.e. Synergy Supreme⁺, Synergy Extra, Synergy Regular or Synergy Diesel.

Term of use for the $10 NTUC FairPrice gift voucher:

9. All vouchers are expressed in Singapore Dollars only.
10. All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
11. All vouchers cannot be used for purchase of any lottery products/petrol/diesel.
12. All vouchers cannot be used to purchase tobacco products.
13. All vouchers are non-renewable upon expiry. Expiry date is final and the voucher can be used at all FairPrice store networks comprising of FairPrice Supermarkets, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Xpress, Cheers by FairPrice, Cheers Convenience Stores and Warehouse Club island-wide within the validity period of the voucher.
14. Only vouchers in the value of $10 each are available for redemption with Smiles Points.
15. If the value of your purchases at any of the abovementioned FairPrice stores falls short of the redeemed voucher value of $10, no refund will be given for the unused amount/value.
16. All vouchers are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable in the event of theft or damage.
17. The redemption of Smiles Points for NTUC FairPrice vouchers can be done at any Esso service station with a valid receipt presented during the qualifying promotion period, while stocks last. No redemption forms are required.

Other Terms and Conditions:

18. EMAPPL shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the premium awarded during the Promotion.
