Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion is valid from 16 July to 16 August 2020 or until fully redeemed (“promotion period”).
2. The Promotion is valid for dine-in, and/or takeaway at Burger King’s cashier counter after breakfast hours. The promotion is applicable at all stores in Singapore except Kallang Leisure Park on event days, Jewel & Airport stores.
3. Promotion is limited to one set per Card Member and no customization/substitution of burger is allowed for this promotion.
4. Payment must be made with an eligible American Express Card.
5. Eligible American Express Cards are qualifying personal basic and/or supplementary American Express^® Cards issued by American International Inc. in Singapore, excluding American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Limited. American Express Corporate Cards and American Express^® Singapore Airlines Business Card are not eligible.
6. Eligible Card Members can purchase 1 WHOPPER (A la carte) and get 1 WHOPPER (A la carte) free. Limited to the first 6,500 Card Members only. While stocks last.
7. Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly in-person at participating Burger King locations. Promotion is valid for Singapore locations only. Exclude online purchases.
8. Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.
9. Promotion not to be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, bulk orders, delivery and coupons.
10. No replacement or cash exchange will be entertained.
11. American Express acts solely as payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by Burger King Singapore Ltd. Card Member acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to Burger King Singapore Ltd who is providing such services, activities or benefits.
