Job Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate program from any discipline (also open to graduates/career switchers or individuals looking for internship experience)
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, familiarity with Excel, data entry, and database management
• Excellent planning, record-keeping, and organizing skills

Key Responsibilities

Job Placement Support

• Assist in job leads scraping and updating job databases
• Coordinate job-sharing initiatives by posting roles and tracking candidate applications.
• Assist in creating the cohort’s profile summary for potential employers

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Conduct phone calls with job seekers, alumni, and employers to gather information and update records.
• Assist in new employer outreach via email, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.

Event Coordination & Outreach Materials

• Prepare materials needed for employer events
• Assist in coordination and logistics for employer events 

Data Management & Reporting

• Update employer and candidate databases 
• Document project processes 
• Compile interview and event feedback for job seekers and employers

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• A portfolio showcasing your design or content creation work is highly appreciated.
• Strong passion for social media trends and creative storytelling.
• Proficient in utilizing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8 & RedNote.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, DaVinci) is advantageous.
• Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional verbal communication and writing skills.
• A genuine interest in interior design and an eye for aesthetics are a great plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, gaining exposure to a range of brand-building efforts.
• Create engaging and on-brand social media content, working closely with our designers to showcase their stunning, completed projects.
• Support the management of social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and nurturing the online community.
• Conduct market and trend research within the interior design and digital content landscape to inform fresh, relevant content.
• Contribute to the ideation and production of the YouTube series “Spouse The House”, collaborating with the team and external videographers throughout the creative process.
• Collaborate on brand and communication strategies, supporting initiatives that shape how we connect with our audience and clients.
• Help manage and organize marketing materials and assets to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
