How to redeem your coconut shake: 

1. Click on top left-hand <Menu> of mSAFRA app, scroll down and go to <e-voucher> tab.
2. Scroll down the list of e-Voucher images and select Mr Coconut e-voucher image in your <Wallet>
3. Enter ‘COCONUT’ in the “Enter redemption code” box and click <SUBMIT>. E-voucher will be shown as ‘REDEEMED’.
4. Go to your <History> tab under <e-voucher> to view your unique Coconut Shake promo code
5. Apply your unique promo code at Mr Coconut’s self-help kiosks located at any of the selected six outlets.

Terms and Conditions

• Limited to first 5,000 redemptions at six selected Mr Coconut’s outlets listed as above, capped at 1 redemption per SAFRA member on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Each promo code issued is valid for a one-time redemption of 1 medium-sized Coconut shake valid from 28 Mar 22 to 27 Mar 2023.
• Any upgrade or additional toppings to the coconut shake will be charged accordingly to the member.
• Free Mr Coconut Shake promo code must be redeemed by 27 Mar 2023 at any of the selected six Mr Coconut outlets and is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or redeemed.
• SAFRA and its merchants reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions of these promotions without prior notice.
• SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
