WARNING: EXTREME PANDA CUTENESS IS LANDING AT EPITEX. 🐼💗
Those ridiculously round, squishy Mochi Mochi Panda characters are making their way from your screen straight into the bedroom.
This September, Epitex is launching its Mochi Mochi Panda bedding & home collection, with the adorable range making its exclusive debut at three selected Epitex outlets.
And this isn’t going to be just a bedsheet drop.
There are Mochi Mochi Pandas for the bed, Mochi Mochi Pandas for the floor, Mochi Mochi Pandas to cuddle with — and shoppers can even Spin & Win an instant prize when they pick up selected bedding from the collection.
Your Bedroom Is About to Get Much Cuter 🐼
The collection takes Mochi Mochi Panda’s lovable little characters and splashes them across a range of bedding and home pieces.
One design sees an entire gang of pandas squeezing themselves into a little box against a dreamy pastel-blue backdrop, while another brings the characters into bright, cheerful home accessories.
There are Mochi Mochi Panda bedding sets, cushions, floor mats, towels and more, so fans can go well beyond changing the sheets and turn their space into one very cute panda hideout.
And yes — the pandas are every bit as chubby, rosy-cheeked and ridiculously squeezable-looking as you’d hope.
The Collection Will Roll Out In Two Tiers
Mochi Mochi Panda fans can look forward to the collection arriving in stages across the first half of September.
From 1–6 September onwards, the Bedsheets and Anti-Slip Floor Mats will be released first.
The Bath Towels and Cushions will then follow from 7–13 September onwards.
So if you’ve got your eye on more than one piece from the collection, there’ll be another wave of Mochi Mochi Panda cuteness to look forward to as the launch continues.
Cute on the Outside, Comfy Where It Counts
The Mochi Mochi Panda collection isn’t relying on adorable faces alone — Epitex has packed some rather practical features into the range too.
The 100% cotton bedsheets are OEKO-TEX certified, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Naturally breathable, they’re designed to keep sleepers cool and comfortable through the night, while the cotton gets softer with every wash.
Then there’s the seriously squishable Mochi Mochi Panda Cushion. It combines a Softicool Cooling Knit cover with mochi-soft filling, so you get that satisfyingly soft, huggable feel without turning every afternoon nap into a sweaty one. Basically, this panda looks made for hugging. 🐼💕
Even the bathroom gets a Mochi Mochi Panda makeover. The bath towels are soft and absorbent, with 10A antibacterial protection that Epitex says remains effective for over 200 washes, helping them stay fresh and hygienic for longer.
And those bright anti-slip floor mats aren’t just there to look cute. Their plush fleece surface feels soft underfoot, while the slip-resistant base helps keep them securely in place — particularly handy for homes with young children or elderly family members. They also absorb moisture quickly, making them suitable for bathrooms, bedrooms and entryways.
So yes, your home gets covered in chubby pandas — but at least they’re surprisingly useful ones.
Buy The Bedding, Get A FREE Spin
Here’s where the launch gets even more fun.
Purchase any Mochi Mochi Panda fitted sheet set or bed set and you’ll receive 1 FREE Instant Win Spin from 1 – 13 September 2026.
Already eyeing another piece from the collection?
Purchase one additional Mochi Mochi Panda item and you’ll score another spin.
So a bedding set + one extra Mochi Mochi Panda item = 2 chances to Spin & Win.
Considering how easy it is to get distracted by a cute panda cushion or floor mat once you’re there, that second spin might not be too difficult to unlock.
And The Top Prize Is A Contour Pillow 👀
The spins come with actual prizes too.
The top prize is a Brace Black Contour Pillow worth S$199, while other potential wins include a Home Diffuser, $5 instant discount voucher, and self-heating patches for the eyes, neck & shoulders or knees.
In other words, you could head down intending to give your bedroom a panda makeover and come home with an extra little treat on top.
Panda Fans, September Could Be Dangerous For Your Wallet
Pastel bedding. Chubby pandas. Cute home accessories. Instant prizes.
Epitex’s Mochi Mochi Panda launch is shaping up to be one of those collections where you go in for the bedsheets… and somehow leave wanting the cushion, floor mat and towel too.
The collection will launch this September at three selected Epitex outlets at Causeway Point, Northpoint City, Waterway Point, with Bedsheets and Floor Mats arriving from 1–6 September onwards, followed by Bath Towels and Cushions from 7–13 September onwards.
For Mochi Mochi Panda fans, you may want to make some room at home now. The pandas are coming. 🐼💕

Cup Noodles fans can now bring home their favourite flavours in an extra-cute form with the new Nissin Cup Noodles Plushie Bundle.
Each bundle contains five assorted Cup Noodles together with one plushie inspired by the familiar cups found on supermarket shelves. The characters come complete with colourful lids, expressive faces and tiny arms and legs.
There is also a practical surprise tucked inside the plushie—a reusable Cup Noodles tote bag that can be unfolded whenever it is needed.
Five flavours, five different personalities
The regular collection features five plushie designs, each with its own personality:
Tom Yam Seafood — the all-time favourite
Chicken — the shy and bashful one
Seafood — the naughty and playful one
Laksa — the cool one
Mushroom Chicken — the lovable one
From Laksa’s shades and cheeky expression to Mushroom Chicken’s heart-shaped eyes, every design has its own distinctive look.
Look out for the special Rainbow Plushie
A sixth character is also hiding within the collection.
The limited Rainbow Plushie was specially designed to celebrate Cup Noodles’ 55th anniversary. It features a colourful blue-and-purple cup design, the classic Cup Noodles logo and a commemorative 55th-anniversary badge.
Collectors hunting for this special character can inspect the viewing window on the side of the bundle. This lets shoppers see which plushie is included and select the design they want instead of leaving it entirely to chance.
The new Nissin Cup Noodles Plushie Bundle is now available at major supermarkets and through Nissin’s e-commerce channels on Shopee and Lazada.

A&W is making its return to Bedok, with a new restaurant preparing to open at Bedok Mall in October 2026.
The bright orange storefront was spotted and shared by Facebook user Amber Rose Diesel, revealing the words “Opening Soon — Oct 2026” alongside A&W’s familiar branding.
A nostalgic return to Bedok
Long-time residents may remember its former Bedok Central outlet at Block 204, Bedok North Street 1, located near the old Bedok Community Library and bus interchange.
The upcoming Bedok Mall restaurant therefore marks something of a homecoming for the fast-food chain—more than four decades after A&W first became part of the neighbourhood’s dining scene.
Root Beer Floats, Coney Dogs and curly fries
The storefront hoarding highlights several A&W favourites, including burgers, chicken, Coney Dogs, curly fries, waffles and its signature Root Beer Float.
A&W Singapore’s current menu also features onion rings, Coney Cheese Fries, fried chicken, rice boxes and waffles served with ice cream and toppings. The complete menu for the Bedok Mall restaurant has not been announced, but its storefront suggests that many of the chain’s best-known items will be available.
Located at 311 New Upper Changi Road, Bedok Mall is directly connected to Bedok MRT station and Bedok Bus Interchange, making the new restaurant especially convenient for residents and commuters.
Exact opening date to be announced
Only an October 2026 opening window has been confirmed for now. The exact opening date, unit number, operating hours and any launch promotions have yet to be revealed.

IKEA Singapore’s famous Swedish meatballs have received a seriously unexpected makeover — and this time, there is no meat involved.
Available from 20 to 23 August 2026, the Swedish Meatball Ice Cream transforms the familiar savoury dish into a playful dessert. Each $4.90 serving features five meatball-shaped ice cream pieces topped with warm caramel sauce and IKEA’s signature lingonberry jam.
The caramel sauce recreates the look of the classic meatball gravy, while the bright lingonberry jam keeps one unmistakably Swedish element on the plate. It may look convincing at first glance, but the entire creation is sweet.
This quirky dessert is available for four days only at IKEA Singapore’s Swedish Bistro, so shoppers have until 23 August to try it before it disappears from the menu. Availability may vary and is subject to stocks.
