Renowned for its sweet, tender meat and colossal size, enjoy the live Alaskan King Crab with your preferred preparation method, including our recommended Popular Singapore Style Chilli and Stir-fried with White Pepper.  The Popular Singapore Style Chilli Crab is Seafood Paradise’s rendition of the iconic national dish with a moreish sauce that is mildly sweet, spicy and tangy. Diners can also opt for Signature Creamy Butter topped with Coconut Crumbs featuring sauce made fresh daily using aromatics such as curry leaves, white pepper, lemongrass and chilli padi – a Seafood Paradise’s original creation. For both dishes, be sure to add on mantou and tear it open to mop up every bit of the sauce.

Other preparation methods include Tossed with Salted Egg Yolk, Stir-fried with Black Pepper, Steamed with Chinese Wine, and Wok-fried with Bee Hoon.
