Only purchase on the listed models made from 7 January to 29 February 2016 (both dates inclusive) from any of the authorised dealers will qualify for redemption of premium gifts.
Redemption that are to be made at Panasonic Customer Care Centre, 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Singapore 469332.
Operation hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.45pm. (Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays) start from 15 January to 14 March 2016. (No redemption will be entertained thereafter).
For redemption at Panasonic Customer Care Centre, customers MUST present the following documents: (a) Original tax invoice (full amount paid). (b) Full warranty card (both consumer and application portion), (c) NRIC/FIN, (d) Original Hire-Purchase document (if applicable). An Authorisation Letter and a copy of the owner’s NRIC must be produced in the event that the owner is not present at the time of redemption.
Redemption will not be entertained should customer fail to present any of the above required documents.
Premium gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other gifts and are on a “while stocks last” basis.
