Event: Hello Kitty Go Around Singapore – Ticket On Sale (From 14 Aug 2015)

One of the most anticipated event for Hello Kitty fans is coming to Singapore!

Hello Kitty Go Around Singapore is dubbed the biggest and most exciting event ever held outside Hong Kong for the first time.

The 26 days long carnival will run from 16 October to 10 November 2015, and will feature the world’s famous feline at Resorts World Sentosa.

There are various game kiosks, photo attractions and live performances taking place during the event.

1. What to expect during the event?

You will be treated to a spectacular line-up of entertainment and attractions all in the name of Hello Kitty. From carnival game kiosks to larger than life cutesy photo attractions, expect to see Hello Kitty and her entourage of friends in Ferris Wheel, Apple Temple and help Hello Kitty in Save The Goldfish. 6. Does my child need a ticket?

Admission tickets are not required for children 1 year and below. However, it is not advisable for children aged 3 or below to attend due to safety concerns. If you would like to bring your infant, please bring along the necessary document(s) for verification. (i.e birth cert or passport) Strollers are not allowed in the event venue. (Babywear is allowed.)

McDonald’s: SG50 Hello Kitty is Back in Singapore (From 20 July 2015)

Step aside Stuart, Kevin & Bob.

If you haven’t heard the news, the star character from Sanrio is making a debut again.

In a press statement, McDonald’s has announced that Hello Kitty Collectibles will be on sale starting July 20, at McDonald’s Online Store, onlinestore.mcdonalds.com.sg. You can also buy them off from McDonald’s stores from July 27, which costs $5 with every purchase of Extra Value Meal.

It will comes in 6 different designs, as part of of the celebration of SG50.

When can i start to buy the Hello Kitty Collectibles?

McDonald’s will start selling the collectibles from July 27, 11am. For those who can’t wait to lay their hands on it, you can also purchase it online from July 20, 11am.

How much will it costs?

How many sets can i buy?

You can buy up to four Hello Kitty Plush Collectibles per store visit and three sets per online transaction, while stocks last.

What if i just want the Hello Kitty and don’t want the Extra Value Meal?

You can tell the counter crew that you wish to donate it to The Food Bank Singapore, a non-profit group and food vouchers will be issued to the beneficiaries.

EZ-Link: Hello Kitty ‘Charms’ will be launched on April 30

At the end of this month, commuters can look forward to a new form of EZ-Link card which comes in the design of a Hello Kitty ‘charms’

The Hello Kitty ‘charms’ come with four designs and commuters can purchase them from My EZ-Link Online Shop from April 30.

Each charm costs $24.90 (inclusive of GST) and does not contain any stored value.

Commuters can use the charms the same way as they use the standard EZ-Link card to take MRT, Buses, Taxis and payment to other merchants that accept EZ-Link payment.

These charms can also be attached to your mobile phone just like any key chains out there.

EZ-Link has also announced that they will be partnering Perx to come out with a scheme that reward commuters with points for taking the MRT and Buses. These points can be used to exchange for treats from merchants such as Zalora, FoodPanda, Watsons, fevo and more.
