I used to have this “fashion rule” where I don’t rewear the same top/bottom/dress more than 2 times.
Maybe you think it’s weird but it was so “bad” in my early 20s, so much so that one colleague of mine asked me if I had a walk-in wardrobe.
I asked him, “Why?” and he said because he has almost not seen me wear the same clothes (LOL for even a guy to make that comment).
It’s actually a habit I still have now but since financials are tighter than before, I have to learn how to rewear what I have.
And that’s why I’m writing this post for myself, and of course, for other girlies who are looking to make a better fashion investment.
Christmas is only one day but CNY spreads over 14 days…
Plus, it’s almost a 2-month period between two festivities, so people won’t know lah.
Just don’t wear the same dress when you’re meeting the person you’ve met before (while wearing that dress, makes sense?) 😛

I’m starting with the cheapest option I’ve curated for y’all in this list.
It’s a maroon-colored number from Shop Sassy Dream.
The Yarra Tee Dress Maroon costs $39.90 and runs in sizes XS to XL.
It’s made using a cotton blend material which is stretchy + I like how there are side pockets.
For reference, the model stands at 168 cm so I think it looks quite short on her.
But if you’re in the 160 cm range, then maybe it would not look as short… Still above the knee though.
Those in their 150 cm range would find the length just right.
Tbh, I think it’s a dress I would wear a lot even if it’s not for the festive period.
The maroon color isn’t as LOUD, and the dress looks comfy enough even for a casual trip to the movies or brunch with friends.

Next up, we have a specially manufactured piece by Ohvola.
The Terra Side Slit Dress in Cranberry Red costs $46.90 and can be split into 3 payments of $15.63 with Atome.
This number is definitely an “upgrade” from the tee dress above and looks a bit more put-together for a night out.
Though it’s made from lightweight cotton, it kinda shows off your curves, so it’s good for women who want to show off their waist and butt.
I would personally pick this to wear if I’m not bloated.
I think it would look especially nice on hourglass figures ⌛

Woo, while I was curating this list, I found this dress from Fayth really interesting.
Tayler Reversible Pleated Dress, $49.90, is in a wine red shade and, as its name suggests, it can be worn as a V-neck or a round neck.
In other words, the front can be the back and the back can be the front.
Ingenious!
This number fits perfectly in this article because we’re talking about rewearing, aren’t we?
The fact that it is reversible means that you can wear it V-neck for Christmas, and then round neck for CNY. Or vice versa, depending on your mood.
And it comes with functional side pockets so this is one of my top picks 🏆

We’re heading into the above $50 range right now.
Boohoo 😂
We’ve got the Ashby Eyelet Ruched Dress in Wine from The Stage Walk.
It’s priced at $50.90, and you can split it into 3 payments of $16.97 with Atome if you need to.
While it may look sheer, rest assured that it isn’t.
In fact, it is fully lined according to product descriptions.
The stretchable partial smocked back holds the dress close to your body, so you don’t 走光 (be exposed) at the chest area in the front.
I also like the ruched details at the front, great for smaller-chested ladies who feel a little insecure being flatter 🫶
Side pockets included!

I’m giving you variety because not everyone likes the same style as I do.
Like this one I’m introducing to you from All Would Envy, the Lumina V-Neck Sleeved Midi Dress in Wine, is not something I would buy.
At least not at this stage of life.
I feel like it would look a lot more mature on me with the mandarin collar slash V-neck.
But to each its own because what doesn’t look good on me might look gorgeous on you 😉
Preference aside, I like that it comes with a detachable sash so you can adjust according to your tummy size.
Plus, it gives off different vibes with and without the sash, so it’s absolutely perfect for rewearing purposes 👍
Oh, did I not mention the price?
It’s $52 or you can make 3 payments of $17.33 with Atome.
You can even get cashback when you pay with ShopBack so head over to the product page for more information if you want to enjoy the rebate.

And as we close, I’m ending with my next favorite from this curation.
It’s the Plisado Soleil Combined Knit Maxi Dress Rouge from Le Chic.
I like that it’s in a brighter shade of red and probably the brightest number we’ve got in this list.
If you’ve got fair skin like me, this would look beautiful against our complexion ❤️
First of all, I like the silhouette because it somehow cinches at the waist without hugging it and kinda shows off the hips too.
Plus, the semi-sheer mesh pleated hem adds that bit of uniqueness to the number.
If you look closely at the fabric, it’s even more impressive.
It’s like a mix of stretch knit and crinkled crepe material, so it’s not your usual cotton or polyester blend.
The wide shoulder tank cut also ensures your armpits get to breathe amidst SG’s humidity, lol.
But in my opinion, it’s a little wide on the side, so you might have to wear a tube top to cover up.
Not a huge cause for concern because it’s still very pretty overall 💃
And before I forget, it’s $54.90 or you can make 3 payments of $18.30 with Atome.

And that’s all I have for you.
Which one’s your favorite? 😍
