To enjoy discounts from the promotion codes/booking codes, all bookings must be made through the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking Application.
Any promotion code/booking code must be accurately entered into the “Promo Code/Booking Code” field and submitted together with the taxi booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion.
The validity of each ‘Promo Code/Booking Code” redemption will be verified at each taxi booking.
The Promo Code/Booking Code value will be deducted from the final taxi fare at the end of the taxi trip.
There will be no refund of the balance “Promo Code/Booking Code” value should the final taxi fare be below the “Promo Code/Booking Code” value.
The “Promo Code/Booking Code” promotion is redeemed upon successful taxi confirmation.
The passenger forfeits the “Promo Code/Booking Code” entitlement once a confirmed taxi booking is cancelled or passenger fails to turn up.
Each “Promo Code/Booking Code” promotion has its own validity period, discounted value and terms & conditions. Please check the individual promotions accordingly.
